If you liked last week’s Pickleball Channel REWIND, then buckle up because we are bringing you another awesome pro gold medal match from the 2016 Minto US Open. 2016 was the Minto US Open’s inaugural year, and it was making big waves. It had one of the largest cash prizes, a national television broadcast deal, and one of the first official ‘pro’ divisions.

Take a look with us at the very first US Open Women’s Pro Doubles Gold Medal Match. This game was originally aired on CBS Sports and was quite a show. It may have been hot, it may have been muggy, and she may have been 7 months pregnant, but none of that was enough to stop Christine McGrath from stepping on to championship court with Sara Ansboury to battle for the gold against the team of Corrine Carr and Laura Fenton-Kovanda.

Have these ladies only upped their game since 2016? Watch this heated match and let us know what you think.
