Rusty, What a great and important video. I am a highly qualified ref and this video is very helpful. While referring one concentrates on the NVZ, but it is possible to miss the points this video describes.
I will be studying and reviewing this information for quite some time.
    Thank you.

After over four years of playing, I finally have pickleball elbow. (aka tennis elbow) How about a video on prevention and treatment of it? I have been playing left handed for a few weeks now, gone from 4.25 to a 3.5, maybe you can discuss the benefits/cons of switching hands either for an extended time or during a game even. I have found having to use my other hand has made me much more thoughtful about dinking as I don’t have the power or accuracy to smash and bang, and hope to bring this with me when I finally can go back to my right arm!
