  1. Please tell me the rules about foot faults. When you lose your balance, when are you penalized.

  2. Hi Donna,
    If in the act of hitting a volley (which includes before, during, and after) you were to lose your balance and touch the NVZ, then you have committed a fault and should be penalized. Even if the point has ended. “You” includes your paddle, hat, sleeve, glasses, etc.
